Word processed documents inherit styles, bugs and formatting problems from other word processed files but XaitPorterTM cleanses text as it is entered so the writer no longer need worry about formatting and can focus on content.
Publishing templates are created and stored in XaitPorterTM according to the corporate standards required for each output media type. Then, once the content is created, it can be passed through the preferred formatting template to produce a clean, repeatable corporate look, regardless of the number of contributions.
