Project Pricing
We will provide you with a complete project plan at the Detailed Requirements Specification stage and will work with you to whatever project methodology and cost structure is preferred:

  • Fixed Price
    The benefit of this approach is that it limits the financial risk on your project and means you do not pay for over-runs. The disadvantage is that it limits the scope of the deployment to only what can accurately be defined in the Detailed Requirements Specification before the project delivery starts.
  • Time and Materials
    The benefit of this approach is that you can take a flexible approach to shaping your solution as you go. It allows you to exploit the benefits of new development opportunities that may evolve during the project and avoid unforeseen disadvantages. In order to avoid cost and time over-runs with this approach, there is a greater need for strong project management.

Support and Optimise
Once the solution is running in a steady state, we will institute a Service Level Agreement (SLA) designed to provide the services required to ensure your solution performs optimally and your staff are capable of exploiting it to deliver the best possible results.
