XaitPorter™ Success in Norwegian 19th Licensing Round

The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy in Norway received applications from 24 companies for the 19th licensing round on the Norwegian continental shelf in November 2005. More than half of these companies applied with an application that was created and produced with XaitPorter™.

Acreage on the Norwegian Continental shelf is awarded to companies with the best technical application. Writing the application involves a large, multi-disciplinary, cross-site team working together against a tight deadline to produce a comprehensive document. XaitPorter™ is now the most common tool to create these high valued applications.

The companies writing the applications report that it was the smoothest project they have ever undertaken. All of them could focus on the strategic important sections and work with content right up to the deadline.
